Civic house is situated at the top of Grand depot road.. It was built in the early 1980's. It is currently managed by Berkely business management who lease out office space in the building.
The clock in Woolwich town hall was built by J.Smith & sons in 1904, The town hall staff still wind up the clock manually several times a week. The clockmaker is still in business in Derby.
I doubt if many trucks manage to pull up at Little Bills, seeing as it is in Beresford square. Not even sure if his name is Bill..cos he isn't little !!
